Such an amazing experience with this store. We have been to many many stores in both Tokyo and Osaka. This is really the top No.1 store if you want a luxury bag and great quality. Their service is so good. I really recommend the staff whose name is Kano and Chang. They have been super patient and supportive with us for whole experience. If you need someone to help you l. They are the excellent support to go to.
Went to ALLU today and got great service from Zechun!
Liked the bag a lot but the strap was too long. Zechun was smart and think a new idea on the spot! She suggested adding a pin to hook both parts of the strap to shorten the length! Wonderful! Will come back to purchase again 👍🏻
