【注意喚起】偽造レシートを使用した詐欺行為にご注意ください。
平素より、ALLU各店舗及び online storeをご利用いただき誠にありがとうございます。
この度、弊社と関係のないフリマサイト等において、弊社の店舗名を使用した偽造レシートを商品購入証明と偽り、通常価格よりも大幅に安い価格で商品を販売するSNSアカウントの存在を確認いたしました。
商品代金振込後も商品が届かない等の被害のほか、届いた商品が正規の商品でない場合やお客様のID及びパスワード、クレジットカード情報などの個人情報が不正に取得される可能性が考えられます。お客様におかれましては、くれぐれもご利用なさらぬよう、十分ご注意下さい。
また、万が一、口座振込やクレジットカード払いをした場合には、振込先の金融機関やクレジットカード会社に被害のご連絡をお願いいたします。

We have recently confirmed the existence of an SNS account on flea market sites unrelated to our company that sells products at prices significantly lower than the regular price by falsely using fake receipts that use our store name as proof of product purchase.
In addition to damage such as not receiving the product even after payment has been made, there is a possibility that the delivered product may not be a genuine product or that personal information such as the customer's ID, password, and credit card information may be illegally obtained. Please be careful not to use it.

非常感谢您使用ALLU实体商店及线上商店。最近我们已经查证，有不法网路业者，冒用我们的名义伪造收据，利用SNS相关帐号贩卖比起市场行情，明显低价的商品。
若您使用了冒用我们名义的网站，极有可能在付款之后无法收到商品，就算收到了商品也极有可能不是正品。
并且假的网站还会窃取客户的帐户ID、密码及信用卡等个人情报，进行非法使用。 还请各位注意不要去使用。
此外，若是您利用银行转帐或是信用卡付款时，不慎遭到诈骗，请您联络您的银行及信用卡公司。
